I don't know whether I am tired or full of energy. That was the most intense workout that I have ever done... Is it possible that I feel lighter or is my optimism blinding me. My sister took part in my first workout with me, she said she didn't have time for the gym and asked if she could join me, i think she did it for support. A little part of me felt good that she wasn't able to do all of it ( I didn't get through it as well ) the lil devil inside me smiled ! ! !
All I have to say is that I am soaked!!!
Good workout, hope to get through this week
P.S I drank more water today, still a long way from eight glasses
