My sister tells me that her Yoga instructor says that if you feel like throwing up that is normal. From a medical point of view: NO IT IS NOT NORMAL. But that's how i feel right now. On the bright side I got more done per set. But the AB program is a killer, I just do the regular ones for the remainder of the time. Eventually, I hope i will be able to go through the entire abs workout.
Today's nutritional side has been good, not at its best. My little shoulder devils are haunting me from time to time. I have to stop giving in to them, but they won't shut up at times. The fight with my inner self is what i have to work on.
My next big challenge is cutting down on salt. No more chips with chocolate, pretzels with honey (maybe just once a month). Felling better now no more nausea, i wonder if it's the fact that I drank water afterwards or the fact that I occupied my time with writting...
