MONDAYS

The beginning of any week is a start to a new way of thinking. Everyone has gone through the "I'm starting on Monday blues". That is why I never start any new activity on a Monday. I decided to take the weekend off, the exercise part that is, and focus on better eating habits. I exercised in other ways :)~ Take your mind out of the naughty thoughts, I took the stairs all weekend !!! and walked whenever I could. Even with the unbearable windshield factor.

I found out last night that lasagna is not a BAD FOOD. According to a very reliable source, homemade lasagna has the good fats we need. But like everything moderation is the key to success a wise woman once told me.

I have also adapted to the taste of NutriBars. Peanut butter-chocolate is becoming a hit. How can such a small bar keep you going for hours. Realistically they aren't that good, but when you don't have a choice and you get hungry anything tastes good and paired up with kiwi strawberry crystal light I have found the recipe to success...

Water bottles here I come.....
